Sport on the property and championship golf nearby

Kalea Bay is not a golf community - it is a Gulf-front high-rise community with a serious racquet program, a full wellness center, and four championship golf clubs within twenty minutes of the gate.

On the Property

Four Har-Tru tennis courts and eight pickleball courts

The racquet complex sits at the eastern edge of the amenity deck with four Har-Tru tennis courts and eight pickleball courts. The pro shop runs daily clinics plus group and private lessons for players of all ages and skill levels, from basic court time to scheduled round robins.

The pickleball program in particular has grown into one of the most active at Kalea Bay.

Wellness Center

Fitness, Pilates, spin, and a recovery program

The Club's Wellness Center pairs a full fitness floor (Techno Gym treadmills and ellipticals, Peloton bikes, strength circuit, free weights, stretching area) with a glass-walled spin and Pilates studio that runs group classes most days of the week.

Locker facilities include dry sauna, steam showers, and a bespoke locker room. Private treatment rooms host visiting massage therapists and wellness practitioners on a reservation basis. Personal training and physical therapy referrals are coordinated through the front desk.

On the Water

Cocohatchee River and Pelican Isle Yacht Club

Kalea Bay sits along the protected Cocohatchee River and Wiggins Pass estuary system, with miles of paddling water reachable from the public Cocohatchee River Park boat ramp two minutes from the gate. The concierge desk books guided paddle tours and Gulf-side fishing charters with Naples captains.

Pelican Isle Yacht Club is the neighboring property and operates as a separate private club for residents who want full marina, dining, and fitness access on the bay - an optional second membership that several Kalea Bay owners hold alongside the Club.

Championship Golf Nearby

Mediterra, Tiburon, Talis Park, Quail West

For residents who want a serious golf membership without giving up Gulf-front high-rise living, the four most-trafficked North Naples clubs are all within fifteen to twenty minutes of the Kalea Bay gate.

The Club at Mediterra - two championship courses, a private beach club of its own, and a recently renovated clubhouse - sits a short drive south. Tiburon Golf Club at the Ritz-Carlton offers two championship courses with PGA TOUR-level conditioning. Talis Park is the youngest of the four and is known for its modern Casa Cortese clubhouse. Quail West rounds out the set with two championship courses and one of the most active club calendars in Collier County.

Mindy works directly with the membership directors at each of these clubs and can introduce qualified residents to the right contact when a sponsorship opportunity comes open.

Casual Play

Public courses and short-game options

Residents who prefer pay-as-you-play golf without a club commitment have several strong options. Tiburon's resort courses release tee times to the public during shoulder seasons, the Naples Beach Club course (currently undergoing renovation) is a short drive into Old Naples, and the Naples Heritage area has multiple public-access courses within a twenty-minute drive.

The concierge can secure standing tee times at any of the public-access options, and Mindy regularly coordinates buyer-introduction rounds at the private clubs for new Kalea Bay arrivals.
